Matt McConville is a dedicated real estate professional known for his genuine care for clients and his commitment to their success.
His professional life began with one of the largest privately held hotel brokerages in the country, where he honed his investment skills through tireless market analysis. Matt previously worked as a residential real estate advisor and realized his genuine attachment to the relationships. He joined Cecil & Campbell in 2019 to combine these financial and relationship strengths by leading the business development team, where he implemented a “don’t sell, Help” mentality. Matt's love for people extends to his own family, as he finds joy in spending time with his wife Brittany and their five children, Oliver, Madalyn, Anna Jayne, Evie and Elena.
